Optum HealthAllies gives you access to a nationwide network of more than 500,000 practitioners, facilities, retail chains and online providers.
4. Do I need Internet access to use Optum HealthAllies?
No. You can use your Optum HealthAllies membership by calling the toll-free Customer Care number on your Optum HealthAllies card. An advisor can help you locate providers, compare and confirm preferred rates, and more.
5. Will I receive a membership card?
Yes. Your member ID card identifies you as a Optum HealthAllies member and assures that you will receive the preferred member rates. You will need to present your Optum HealthAllies member ID card to your provider (along with your discount confirmation) at the time of service.
6. Can my family use Optum HealthAllies too?
Yes. Use Optum HealthAllies to save on health care for you, your spouse and your dependent children. Savings on Long-Term Care services also apply to parents, in-laws, and grandparents.
